Heyy did anyone experience ongoing really bad headaches during the first trimester? If so what did you to relieve the pain?

Try to cut back on starch food it will help you get rid of your headaches. Try using carb bread or carb tortilla. It gives you a little bit more energy.

I’m scared to take Tylenol cause they found a link between it and autism 🤦🏽‍♀️

I am so tired of not being able to eat anything. This is my second child and I'm 9 week.....for 9 weeks I've eaten Popsicles and soup...I can't keep anything else down. This is exactly a replay of my last pregnancy so far but I hope this time it doesn't go for both the first and second trimesters. Last time I wasn't able to eat until my third trimester.

I feel you there girl this is baby number 4 for me and I have had the same problem will all mine I’m hoping this one is better and my sickness goes away by second trimester!!! Good luck and also I would recommend drinking ensures they help me not to lose weight and sometimes stay down better then food! I lived in them my last pregnancy

I can’t keep any food down everything tastes disgusting to me right now ☹️ is there any recommendations of what you guys eat or ate during your first trimester?

I had to force myself to eat and was hungry every hour. It was miserable. Applesauce pouches were fairly easy on the stomach, along with protein shakes like boost etc. biggest tip is to eat whatever you crave, if something sounds good capitalize on that. Hang in there ♥️

I went from nothing but healthy foods my first two trimesters, to Mainly all fast food my last trimester due to cravings. I always balance It with water, smoothies and vitamins..try to throw some veggie soup daily in there but will my baby still be ok?

Yes your baby will be okay 😊 I did the same thing in my third trimester last pregnancy tho I did it to put some pounds on him and he only gained about 14 more ounces. He was born at 6lbs 14.1oz

Hello. I’m new to the app and looking for some advice. I’m currently 5 weeks and this is my first pregnancy. I haven’t really had any symptoms with the exception of shortness of breath. When I walk up a flight of stairs in my home, I feel winded/ out of breath. Has anyone experienced this before during the first trimester? I heard it was common later in pregnancy but wouldn’t expect this so early on.

My entire pregnancy was a breeze. I would feel winded going up steps or walking for a long period of time. Didn't have heartburn or anything like that. Everyone's body is different and takes to it differently.

My first pregnancy I didn’t have that but my second pregnancy I couldn’t do anything I would literally be out of breath (didn’t know I was pregnant) and I would try to exercise and then I found out I was pregnant and that was around 3 weeks but for this pregnancy I still get it and I am almost 7 weeks
