First time mom here and this came out of me it was a thick jelly like I never had a discharge like this before could it be some of my mucus plug ? And what does it mean ? I’m 9months pregnant 😬

After weeks I was loosing mucus plug little by little but today I just lost a huge chuck thick one. Does that mean it’s all out already? What should I do?
