Had got my ultrasound today. I seen in my chart notes stating abdominal circumference is measuring up two weeks ahead of head circumference and femur length. Also my left ovary wasn’t able to be seen. Should I worry ? Has anyone had something similar. ? #curious

They couldn't see my left ovary today at my 20 week scan. I am not sure since no notes from doctor yet.

My doc thought I did but they did a vaginal ultrasound and it was normal length

My doc says 3 cm is normal. Google says anywhere from 3-5. Probably fine. I'd worry if it started shortening more by the next ultrasound, but you should be fine.

Does anyone know are you supposed to get an ultrasound at around 30-36 weeks I had my last ultrasound at 25 weeks but they didn’t tell me the weight or length of my baby

My doctor said I only needed 2 one at 12 and one at 21. She said there’s no need for another one unless they suspect somethings wrong. But you can always go to an ultrasound place and pay to get a 3D or 4D one

Yeah I had the 3D/4D but they didn’t tell me anything either so I was wondering if the doctor is supposed to tell you how big the baby is and stuff

Yes, the ultrasound tech isn’t aloud to give you any medical information. They can only take photos of the baby and send the to the doctor and tell you the gender and describe the body parts. It’s the doctors job to go over anything important that notice and all the rest.

My friend is the same length into pregnancy as me and she still hasn’t felt her daughter kick and I feel mine kick everyday. Should she be worried?

No, some babies aren’t as active- but also her placenta could be sitting anterior instead of posterior! I am now in my third trimester and couldn’t feel baby move until about 28 weeks because my placenta sits anterior (front of tummy )
