Try to vape as little as possible. When you feel the urge to vape try to eat a snack and take a nap. Most importantly avoid stressful situations at all cost even if that mean to isolate. I had to stop drinking, smoking nicotine Newports and weed. It’s been a month yet. It’s not easy but you can do it.

🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Please save this and repost it so they can stop asking. Also, I applaud you for taking the steps to ask your doctor about it since it was a concern for you.
I wish most women would use this method and ask their doctor rather than women on an app. Everybody's case with blood and discharge varies per person.

I know everyone’s body is different so I asked my ob first because they’re professionals and can give me more info. Bc some women told me it was a bad thing and some told me it was nothing to worry about I was confused.. my advice to any one worrying ask your doctor first !!! It’s most important

It's it ok to spotting when wiping for 2 days it's brown discharge not enough to fill a pad or liner. Im only 4 weeks into the pregnancy it's my first.

They say u normally spot when u pregnant don't know how true it is but if it scares u go to the ER to get checked out cause a primary care doctor takes to long to been seen girl u need to make sure yr n baby is ok

I'm going thru the same now so I went to hospital Monday they checked my hcg blood levels which was 191.5ml I called my doctor they had me come in again to have hcg blood levels checked again and they are still rising they are 235.7ml they say it's suppose to double every 48 to 72 hrs so in 2days mine went up

Any doctor that ask about discharge after intercourse will tell you it’s completely normal. If it’s Old blood. When having sex be careful of going to rough on cervix. Been telling my husband to watch it hell and being a tad more careful eased worries for sure! I spotted all the time before slowed down on the roughness and mine was more pinkish and sometimes brown a day later or hours later

I heard eating seafood is not always good to eat during pregnancy. I can’t stop eating raw seafood especially sashimi 🍣😩😋
