I heard that there is no proof that it does anything to help but I still do it for maybe 15-20 minutes but I just lay down with a pillow under my butt I don't put my legs up

I just looked it up. It doesn't help conceive but it helps keep the sperm swimming in the right direction. I will take all the help I can get😊

So idk I usually have long strong periods. I had a evening where I swiped and there was a teenie bit of blood on the 18 or 19 right around when I predicted implantation. And I have not had any bleeding since. I tested negative. Too soon or not preggo?

Hey guys, so I usually have regular periods but my last period was 63days ago. I have taken 4 tests and they all came back negative. What could be the issue?

Do you normally have unusually long cycles? Or is this the first time this has happened? Just trying to think of a norther reason you wouldn’t be pregnant after missing period that long. And your not on any kind of medication that could interfere with test?

Stop trying is what I did seriously I started taking prenatal vitamins everyday resting watching what I ate we stopped having sex everyday and multiple times we just enjoyed that moment without the trying or grabbing a test to check it’ll happen I promise you when you relax it’ll happen

Man this period is just so light I do have small clots but , I'm just shocked at the amount is usually way more and usually see it when I us the restroom but it's just my pad, but I'm not complaining just weird my periods are consistent until now .
