I hate that men don’t understand how bad pregnancy symptoms can be in the 1st & 2nd trimester I think in their heads pregnancy doesn’t start fr until your 8 months 😭

is not that bad, you will feel pain from your uterus contracting back to size for a couple days, specially when breastfeeding. Good thing is since baby is out you can use hot pads. Also do the massage the say to help your placenta wound heal.
