How do miscarriages look like on picture?

I keep getting mixed answers so I want to ask one more time lol, 1st picture I just ate, 2nd picture I’m on an empty stomach. Both 16 weeks pregnant, do it look like I’m carrying a boy or a girl?

I’m sorry for the picture but does this look like a normal blood clot or should I be worried?
