I’m 5 weeks and 3 days this is my first baby and I’m terrified of having a miscarriage any tips on how to try and think more positive? I know a lot of women lose their first baby and I’ve been trying for years to get pregnant so I’m praying I go to full term but I’m terrified right now of having a miscarriage and I don’t want to stress myself so much that it comes true :(

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day. Had my first ultrasound today and all they saw was the sac, so I have to go back in, in 2 weeks for the heartbeat. I was told that everything is normal right now and there shouldn’t be anything to worry about. If you haven’t had a history or are healthy, there shouldn’t be any need to worry!

I’m not sure what to do. I have 4 weeks and 6 days and I just got out of a bath and there was some bleeding. I don’t know if that’s normal or if I should go to the ER. I have been having symptoms like nausea and being excessively tired. Im scared and not sure what to do. I’ve had a miscarriage before but this doesn’t feel like that. I have super mild cramping and that’s it.

I know that spotting doesn’t always mean miscarriage. If you are worried, call your dr to see what they recommend you do!

Nasuea and tired is completely normal as for bleeding it can be okay if it’s light and don’t get to red or to much but you are supposed to be careful taking a bath why pregnant it’s not recommended if you do hot baths the same reason it’s not recommended to be in a hot tube you can over heat the baby. And also cause birth defects and ext. it’s better to take a shower cause the body don’t heat like it would if you took a bath. But try not to stress you don’t want that on baby and take your prenatals they help baby grow. But If your not bleeding a lot and it’s not dark I would thank you are okay. If it gets to be to much go to er. But if it makes you feel better my aunt had periods but they called it something else why pregnant and she was okay her kids are now 30s but try not to stress

It’s just implantation bleeding and cramping from the baby implanting into your uterus your totally fine but let your doctor know the next time you go in

What annoys me is when people that never been pregnant or just people in general tell us how painful / terrible pregnancy is. Not once do they tell us positive things really.. plus they need realize all women & pregnancy are different

Probably just your uterus stretching. Don’t think the worse. If your not bleeding heavily your probably fine. Call the doctor and speak to a nurse. I’m sure your okay , could also be gas too.. hope you feel better.

Has anyone else dealt with depression during pregnancy and if so, how do you manage it. I don’t want to stress my baby but it’s getting bad again.

I have also been dealing with anxiety and deprrssion. I researched low risk antidepressants also but in the meantime I have been trying to keep my brain occupied with cleaning. (Work stresses me out even more than usual)

Start a diary😊 I struggle really bad with depression before pregnancy and during and I'm not one to talk to people so writing it down gets it out gets it off your chest. And then keep it,rip it up or burn it. It's deff helps me good luck mama

I would call the OB or go to the ER. It’s also possible that it could’ve been your water breaking. It doesn’t always happen like in movies where it all comes out at once.

Did you actually have to pee & didn’t realize it? Or was it something that just came out of no where?

You should feel them in your lower belly and it could be light feeling now I’m 21 weeks and really just started feeling harder flutters and kicks . My baby head is down in my pelvic so the kicks are more noticeable in my upper belly . So if your baby is already head down u may not notice it but it’s light hits to the rib or chest area very unnoticeable unless your paying attention . But u can always do jumping jacks , eat sweets or even drink cold water straight and u should notice something . And if you didn’t know our babies tend to move at this stage more when where sleep at night and relaxed .

I didn't feel mine untill 20 weeks but my plecenta is Infront of baby so my kicks are not typical most things I read says at 24 weeks.if there is no kicking then be concerned but 19 weeks I wouldn't be to worried. Your anotomy scan will give you more answers

I am going to be 28 weeks on Wednesday and honestly I didn't start feeling much movement until recently because I have an anterior placenta so it can cause you to not feel as much movement at all

Does anyone else have GD? And if so, how do you manage it and still feel like a human because I feel like I can't eat anything I want at all. And it's really hard to do that in the third trimester!
