Can i be pregnant and test negative during the first week ?

I’m curious if I could be pregnant I took a test but I think it was to early. It was negative. But unfortunately last weekend I started being nauseous and then super tired and have been falling sleep during the day? My stomach feels heavy.

I haven't had a period since March 7th and have gotten a negative test. I have taken like 5 of them and just took another today, and all negative... wtf... could I be pregnant

Hey ladies so I found out I was pregnant on November 5 and I took 6 test all came back positive but one and then the doctor did a blood test and urine test and it was negative I’ve had no bleeding or pain but I’ve had morning sickness and it feels like my ribs are being stretched out and it’s only been 7 weeks since I found out and I’m depressed as ever and I am starting to feel like the resaults at the dr was negative because I haven’t taken prenatal yet because I wanted to go to the dr first !!
