Breastfed baby green poop with mucus, what to do ?

Lost more of my mucus plug bout 30mins ago and now I have to poop but I’m scared hell

Hey y’all do y’all have any tips on getting your baby to poop my almost 2 month old haven’t pooped in 4 day she is breastfed strictly she seems constipated but I don’t know

I’m tired of coming to this bathroom to pee and Barely poop! But Everytime I poop one little turd I have some slimy mucus coming from my ass and I don’t know wtf it is. Also day 3 of taking raspberry leaf tea hopefully it’s working smh

Want to introduce formula to my breastfed baby. He’s already use to bottle since I pump. How did you guys transition formula? I want to do both.
