My discharge is still watery I already ovulated and before my period starts its always milky white what could this mean it also has no smell to it

I feel so embarrass asking this but is sticky, white discharge is normal and I done ovulating having cramps and mentel taste in my mouth

Sticky white discharge is normal as long as it doesn't smell pungent. Ovulation can cause you to cramp on one side so that's also normal, not sure about the metal taste though. If it smells horrid, has "curdles" in it or your cramps are super strong, I'd go see an OB. Otherwise it just sounds like your body kicked out a good egg.

I been having same discharge no change just white watery sticky discharge like wth I never had a problem like this before 🤨especially with getting pregnant and nobody in my family has issues at all either 😕

That's completely normal though. Discharge changes often. Especially during ovulation and after your cycle. Even with age it changes with your hormones. As long as there's no itching, burning or noxious smell. It's ok.

But it never changed at all I been passed ovulation and I checked on ovulation day didn’t see a change

Having the same issue. My temperature increased though so I'm thinking I ovulated already even though I didn't find a peak. If you don't take your temp also I would encourage you to track that also

Anybody else’s nipples feel like wet or leaking but when you touch them they are just sticky & look white ?

I wanna say it's colostrum but when I was pg with my first daughter I had that problem I remember my doc saying it was normal, your boobs are getting ready for milk supply
