I found a prenatal Pilates class to follow on YouTube and I’m so excited to try it. I really wanna eat right this pregnancy and start small work outs. My gym opens in February so I gotta build up some endurance and stamina by then. I’ll probably only use the treadmill but still lol. Gotta get a feel for it for my pp journey.

I'm 8 weeks today I've had early pregnancy bleeding for roughly 2 weeks already been to ER when I was 6 weeks and had follow up the following week. But I just feel it should've stopped by now. Has anyone else had this problem? My first pregnancy didn't have this happen so it's frustrating for me.

I got told there are many reasons to bleed in the first trimester but every time I went in they couldn't find the cause and even with the pelvic exam they told me there was no evidence of me bleeding

I'm 8wks 4days & considered a high risk pregnancy since I'm 50 years old. This is my 1st pregnancy, are there any specific recommendations/instructions I should follow due to my age? #heeeeymrscarter

Thank you so much❤️ I am trying to take it easy. That is really challenging but it's a welcomed change from my regularly busy schedule. Thanks again😍

My Baby Was Planned But I’m Going Thru My Pregnancy By Myself (Yeah I Know It Makes No Sense). So To The Moms Who Went Their Pregnancy Alone Or Are Going Thru Their Pregnancy Alone, Do You Any Tips On How To Get Thru It?

Honestly just one day at a time. This is my second pregnancy where I’m going through it without the father. It’s hard & we know that our emotions are magnified now. It’s super hard but I just try to take it day by day, working on myself just a little more…

Honestly, In The Beginning It Was Indeed Hard. But As The Days Progresses, I’m Slowly But Surely Getting Used To Him Not Being Around Or Contacting Me And Crazy As It Might Sound, Its Getting Better And Better. He Told Me He’ll Be There For My Baby But Only Time Will Tell. Like It Hurts That I’m Going Thru My First Pregnancy By Myself

Hey y’all! In light of a couple of creeps and weirdos up here I thought I’d share this in case you all did not know. You can limit your posts to only been seen by people that follow you who you follow by clicking where it says “All Moms” when you make a post and setting it to “My Friends”. I just don’t think it’s fair to us to have to limit what we post out of fear so as long as you’re careful about who you let follow you, it should be okay to post what you want with that setting :).

I hate the cramps in early pregnancy. I’m constantly thinking there’s going to be blood to follow and I’m losing my baby 😭 praying that this is a sticky healthy baby.

take it easy mama (I know easier said than done) I kept getting cramps every morning while pregnant (still do) and was absolutely worried but at the end of the day it was my uterus growing :) currently 33 weeks! 🤍

I mean I figured as such but I still worry. I know once I have my first ultrasound to make sure baby is ok I think I’ll calm down some. I just don’t want to go through another loss
