Period symptoms vs pregnancy symptoms how to be sure if I am pregnant?

It’s been 4 months I am trying to get conceive last 2 months I had all the pregnancy symptoms but got my period 3 days late

I have a question so it been a while like how will I know that I am pregnant? because I miss that feeling and I never went through all the symptoms I just very curious because the last time I knew I had the same symptoms as my period because I have a learning disability. I’m sorry about that but I just want to know like how I know I am I want to know really bad and also I am very sorry I am trying to explain it as best as I can

Is it normal to not have any symptoms ? Like i want all the symptoms so ik for sure im pregnant i dont even feel the little cramps anymore 🥺

So I’m not sure if I am pregnant or not . If I am I would be 4 weeks & 3days give or take . Ever since after conception I’ve been having weird symptoms as in such fatigue, bloating and cramps , peeing more and even when I’m finished peeing I still feel like I have to pee even though I don’t . Nausea out of nowhere not in the morning though . Yesterday I’m having a problem tasting my coffee I think my taste is going & I’m hard of breathing all of a sudden . I was due for my period yesterday and I got it . Not sure if I could be pregnant with my symptoms still . Please help.

So I haven't gotten my period. I do have alot of symptoms. If I am pregnant this would be my 3rd baby. I am very frustrated bc I have taken soo many test. But I recently taken 3 and they look positive I'm not sure ? This test i took yesterday after dinner. It looks positive to me. But I'm not sure if its a indent or whatever they call it. But it showed up right away #confusedaf

I have a question 🤔I've been currently taking geritol to get pregnant I’ve been trying for almost 2 years now 😖😖😖 but I usually get symptoms of my cycle coming when I get pimples or breakouts on my face could I still be possible pregnancy even tho I have period symptoms?😬😬😬😬😬

I don't know how far along I am. I have sooo many symptoms and they don't line up with the typical symptoms with weeks. Idk. My last period is Feb 1st. I got my pregnancy confirmation April 12th. I'm irregular with menstruals. Symptoms do not match tho. Here they are... I have heartburn, gas, weight gain, acid reflux, nauseous, peeing like crazy, mild cramps, tired 24/7, growing belly, hot flashes... I am sure there are more I can't think of right now. I don't know what to do. I could be anywhere between 5-10 weeks pregnant right now.

I am 10 days late for my period and haven't bled for over 40 days. I think I might be pregnant. I'm experiencing symptoms but all the pregnancy tests come back negative. I dont know what to do.
