Pregnancy insomnia with bad dreams sucks 😫😫😫 my mind couldn’t rest at all last night. I had to call out of work.

I actually leaped out of the bed in my sleep from a nightmare … busted my kneee . Had big black bruises for over a month on my leg that broke I have plates and pins in :(

It sure is a real thing lol I have no idea why but it suuuuucks!! I’ve been like this since first trimester and I’m in my third trimester 31wks Wednesday . I forget what real sleep feels like 😞

Anyone else has insomnia...was already struggling with it pre pregnancy but now I'm truly always tired😴

Yeah same I'm sleep by 7:30pm and back up by 12pm feeling like a new day 🤦🏾♀️
