Is heartburn an early sign of pregnancy?

I haven’t ate anything yet for today and got bad heartburn… anyone else having heartburn this early…

Soooo I’m having a lot of sore type pain and a lot of heartburn I took a pregnancy test came back negative I think it was to early idk but I’m still feeling nauseous😩 someone please give me advice.

I think I had heartburn last night and it was not fun. I also see that having a sour taste in your mouth is a sign of heartburn, and I have been having that all week.
