basically rn you’re pregnant so if you do have any leaking at all (some women don’t) it’s a liquid called colostrum, it’s yellowish and considered “liquid gold” you can use milk catchers to preserve and freeze it for when baby arrives or begin pumping at 36-37 weeks if you choose. after you give birth you’ll produce colostrum for however long it takes for your milk to come in (mine took 5 days) it was like i just woke up one morning to pump and instead of yellow it was white and a lot more of it. then after that you just pump or feed and you’ll keep producing for however long until you stop feeding. some women dry up before they’re ready to stop but the general rule is to just feed on demand or pump every 2 hours, bc when you empty your breasts it sends a signal to your body that it needs to produce more. you can store the milk in the freezer for like 6 months to a year and in the fridge for up to 2 days

What can be done about hemorrhoids? I use tucks pads and apply an ointment but I am very uncomfortable. I have never had a hemorrhoids before but how long does it usually last? It's painful and itchy and a huge inconvenience all the time.

To be honest they usually don’t go away on there own even with those hemorrhoid creams and tucks pads just make them not so itchy and uncomfortable. I’m going to a proctologist after I have the baby because it’s embarrassing and painful if it bleeds at times.

I’m 2 months postpartum I had my angel baby Ny’Lonni at 30 weeks in June on Father’s Day !!! After giving birth how long does it usually take to regulate your period?

This the same thing I wanted to know but someone told me that after the 6 weeks is done, ur body wait 4 more weeks(month) and den your period comes. Not sure how true that is but that’s what I was told.

Prenatal vitamins don't really help you get pregnant that I know of they're just supposed to give you all the vitamins to help the baby grow well

Very good to take while trying to get pregnant it's a better chance but I wouldn't say they help u get pregnant .. take it with food when ever u feel like :)
