Early signs of pregnancy 1 week and how to take a pregnancy test?

I literally have the worst pain rn and I’m scared to take any medication because of how early I am in my pregnancy I don’t want to hurt my baby by trying to cure this infection 🥲 #needsomeadvice

Hey y’all I had took three pregnancy test and all of them came back negative but guess what on my both of my apps saying I’m three weeks and 2 days suppose took a pregnancy test on the 7th but I didn’t do it though but I guess it was to early to take a pregnancy test so I’m going to wait til next week cause my period suppose to come by the 15 but I’m going to wait until I take a other to get a positive test y’all please pray for me hope this month is baby dust
