Cramps in early pregnancy 2 weeks is it a sign of miscarriage?

I have been cramping pretty bad tonight and felt very nauseous in the car. This is my first time being pregnant. Could this be a sign of a miscarriage coming? My cramps are like my period cramps on my really bad days but worse. I don’t know what to do. I have my first appt Thursday.

Is it normal to feel like a burning sensation inside the breast? Could it be an early pregnancy sign?
