Breastfed baby gassy and constipated how to manage it ?

I’m 9 months pregnant and constipated I’m ready to have these baby been constipated my whole pregnancy and ain’t getting no relief

Been feeling super constipated and been super gassy for 3-4 days, peeing way more suddenly and feeling like baby is punching my cervix and its super uncomfortable and makes me feel like I gotta pee. What's going on 😭

Hey moms I need help my doctor and I switched my baby formula to soy and now she is constipated. I read up online and it said she may be constipated just until her body adjust to the new formula. But it’s been four days and I hate seeing her strain and cry. Have any one experienced this if so how long did it take for your baby to get use to the formula? #soy #newformula #6weeks #constipated

I don’t know how y’all are able to breastfeed consistently and exclusively. My baby girl got powerful suction. That Shii hurts. I can only breastfed every now and then. Even then she wastes most of it. This is exhausting.

I'm 10 weeks today, yay!!! But... I've been having horrible cramps off and on today. I'm 99% sure it's constipation & gas. I've been feeling gassy & constipated for the last week.
