Breastfed baby constipation, what is the solution ?

What have everyone been taking for constipation? I’m 6 weeks pregnant and this is horrible 😩😩😩😩

So my a baby girl has been breast fed since day one until a few days ago my milk just went away her Dr gave me some Similac and she’s been drinking it but now she’s constipated.. I’m so sad 😞 any moms been thru this and have any safe ways to relieve constipation in a new born ?

I’ve put my baby on soy based formula and he’s been constipated for days. I need help. What did y’all do? I know their diet changes can cause constipation but what do I do beyond that? I’ve tried the prune juice, apple juice, has drops, gripe water, bicycle legs, etc. I need a solution.

What can I take for severe constipation? I have the ex lax chocolate but Google says I can't take that. I have oatmeal but I have had chronic constipation my whole life before pregnancy and oatmeal never did anything. Is there anything else medication I can take that is safe for my baby?
