The first step is to collect sperm from the man (your partner or a donor), which is usually done on the day of the insemination. Rest assured that if this is not possible, the technique also works with frozen sperm.
The sperm is introduced into your uterus with a pipette at the moment of ovulation. You will hardly feel anything!
To stimulate ovulation, the doctor may prescribe an ovulation-inducing treatment.

Upon more research about Artificial Insemination (AI)… I now learned from multiple people who have had success with the method I’m about to explain that having your legs on the wall and trying to leave it inside of you does nothing and isn’t necessary to do lol. Think about people that do it the natural way, no legs on the wall…So my process will be to insert the syringe, slowly inject the sperm, have the big o, lay flat for a few minutes, pee, and clean up. It’s okay if it seeps out that’s kinda what you want to prevent infection and because sperm gets to where it needs to be within seconds. I’m set for my insemination on this Friday, March 24, 2023!
