Bleeding at 4 weeks pregnant sign of miscarriage ?

I am 11 weeks 1 day. My boobs are sore but I barely had morning sickness. I don't really feel pregnant is that a sign I could have a miscarriage?

HELP! So when I found out I was pregnant it was because of a missed period. Now that I am almost 9 weeks past 2 weeks off & on I’ve had dark brown very little spotting. Yesterday it was more and it was pink and today it’s back brown and very light. Is this a sign of implantation bleeding or early miscarriage?

so today I just found out I’m pregnant but I’m kinda nervous because when I was at the hospital the doctor told me that my hcg levels was 190 and that I had to go back and test next week to make sure they go up and not only that I have been having some slight cramping idk if that’s sign of miscarriage are that’s normal #pleasehelp!😭

I went to my ultrasound appointment last Friday, Which they told me I was measuring at 6 weeks then this monday the doctor called me saying to me over the phone that she thinks I'm having a miscarriage. They think I should be further along than what I am,but im not showing any sign of a miscarriage and me lever are still high. Has anyone ever been told this?
